We are unable to perform any "polish" portion of service, including removal of polish, on guests arriving with acrylic, gel, shellac or likewise on their toe nails. Guests may be subject to $10 fee for removal of such product if time permitting. Polish is choice of colour, French or strengthener.

All of our facial treatments use professional skin care products specifically chosen for your personal skin care needs. Many facial treatments cannot be performed if you are currently using professional products containing Retinol.

All facials are performed in one large "lab" room without curtains or dividers. Guests may expect to experience noises and disruptions due to other services, mentoring and required activities during their treatment. You will be required to remove jewelry for facial treatments, and it is recommended to leave all jewelry at home. All makeup is removed during this service. Clients may wish to bring a comb/brush, or makeup to freshen up with following service.

Services must be preceded with a facial in our spa since September of the current school year. **Please see Pre-Treatment Instructions below**

This service involves a deep exfoliation to assist in improving and rejuvenating the appearance of your skin. Clients may wish to bring Mineral Makeup to touch-up, to minimize redness following this facial service.

PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

* Please discontinue use of over-the-counter chemical exfoliating products or those that have been prescribed by a physician or skin therapist, 3 to 5 days prior to any skin resurfacing treatment. Failure to do so will result in service not being completed.

* If you are prone to cold sores you will need to contact your physician/pharmacist for antiviral medication to avoid a post treatment breakout. It is recommended you begin preventative/prophylaxis treatment 2 days prior to treatment and continue for 5 days post treatment

* Discontinue use of over-the-counter Retinol, Glycolic and other Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Salicylic or Beta Hydroxy Acids, or other exfoliation products 3-5 days prior to treatment.

* Discontinue the use of prescription Retinoid products (Retin-A, Renova, Tretinoin, Avita, Alustra or other brands of Tretinoin), other prescription Retinoid products (Adapalene, Avage, Differin, Tazorac, Tazarotene) 3-5 days prior to treatment.

* No waxing, electrolysis, other hair removal products or methods within 7 days prior to treatment

* No Botox, Collagen, or other Dermal Filler injections within 14 days prior to treatment

* Avoid tanning or tanning cream/sprays for at least a week before treatment

* You must NOT have recently had laser surgery or used Accutane

* Facial waxing is not advisable for 5-7 days following this service.
